Plot Outline:
Anxious to prove to her family and friends that she is no longer a little girl, Ruthie (Mackenzie Rosman) tells her boyfriend, T-Bone (Colton James), that she is ready to take their relationship to the next level. Martin (Tyler Hoechlin) expresses an interest in dating Jane (Sarah Mason), which makes Sandy (Haylie Duff) question her feelings for him. Eric (Stephen Collins) and Lucy (Beverley Mitchell) tell everyone they have official church business out of town when in reality they are spending the day fishing.
