Plot Outline:
After she talks a suicidal Keisha Morton down from a ledge shortly before the girl is arrested for the murder of her mother, Jordan becomes her advocate, which causes some friction with Woody... Snyder asks Garrett to review his predecessor's autopsy findings on the homicide of a police officer's son when the case comes up for appeal, and Garrett is forced to terminate Leo for covering up the failing eyesight that caused him to make several errors and contributed to a wrongful conviction... Jordan is less than thrilled to discover that Jay Myers is prosecuting Keisha, but they manage to work out enough of a truce to allow Jordan and Leo to uncover the evidence that points to the real killer... Woody is profoundly shaken when he fatally wounds a man who shoots another officer before aiming at Woody and Jordan... beset by insecurity, Lily poses questions about her romantic potential to Nigel and Woody... Jordan gets some surprising insights into Woody's feelings for her.
