Plot Outline:
After a psychopath is released the team suggests that Garrett be put back on the case to help find Oliver. Dr. Slokum is appalled at the idea of even having Garrett brought back on to the case to help solve the mystery. As Dr. Slokum and Macy continue to look at the body Oliver gives them cryptic clues about the murder. Dr. Slokum doubts Oliver's forensic abilities. Woody asks Jordan for help in finding Wayne Riggs in the string of cop shootings that put Woody behind the desk. Woody puts his job in jeopardy because he continues to solve the case without authority he asks Jordan not to tell anyone.
