Convinced that a prominent heart surgeon actually murdered his so-called missing wife, Sebastian enlists his team's help in building a compelling case against the man. Despite not having a body to prove a murder actually occurred, Sebastian encourages his team to use creative means to secure evidence from Dr. Mitchell Sterling's home and obtain testimony from his eight-year-old son, Ethan. A DNA match to the wife's blood on the Sterling's master bedroom rug, the son's revelations of the night of his mother's alleged disappearance and suspicious phone records give the team a running start in the trial as they continue to dig for more evidence.
