Plot Outline:
Veronica helps her friend Carmen plot revenge on her clingy boyfriend, after he releases a Paris Hilton-esque sex tape of her over the internet. Meanwhile, Keith decides to track down the missing Duncan in exchange for the huge Kane reward.
