NorBac is appraised of a possible pandemic heading straight to Toronto. People die of a hemmorhagic problem very similar to Ebola but Norbac knows it's not that. They need to find patient zero and follow the road of each patient being infected with the disease. David Sandstrohm, the head scientist at Norbac, has a lot on his plate, not only he must stop the epidemy but his daughter surprising him by crashing at his place. He also has to defend Hira, his top virologist, as Caroline, the Head secutiry of Norbac, questions her loyalties and put a hold on her clearance.
