s01e24 My Last Day

It's J.D.'s last day as an intern. It's been quite a year for the three new doctors. But nevertheless they have work to do. J.D. passes on one of his patients that keeps returning to the hospital to Elliot, who had just gotten the task of running a physical on Jordan. Elliot passes the patient to Turk, who refuses to take it. When the three decide to rock-paper-scissors the patient to see who gets it, they realize what they're doing and decide to make up for it by teaming together to give the patient a surgery so he won't have to come back again. In order to do that, they have to get Dr. Cox's support, Dr. Kelso's approval and a board member to approve it - Jordan. Everything turns out right for them and the patient gets his surgery. When they're finally celebrating both their first day as residents and the success of their teamwork, Jordan shows up. She decided to take Perry's advice to "shake things up a little" and reveals all the secrets she knows: Perry's feelings towards Carla and Turk's awareness of it... Dr. Kelso's lies about giving Perry a promotion... Elliot's true feelings for J.D.... and the cherry on the top of the sundae: the time she slept with J.D. "Enjoy your summer" she says.
